What Hours Are You Open?
We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including ALL holidays).
How Do I Know Which Machine to Use and How Do I Use It?
We are staffed full time by experienced customer service representatives who will be happy to advise you on the appropriate machine to use and how to use it.
How Do I Sign Up For the Loyalty Program and How Much Does It Cost?
Our loyalty program is absolutely free! Ask one of our attendants to sign up and they will add you into our system.

How Much Does it Cost?
South Bay's Best Rate. Same Day Service* Only $1.99/LB + Tax. *Clothes must be dropped off prior to 2pm.
Do You Fold or Hang Clothes?
We are open to special requests. If you don't specify, we typically hang the more formal items, like shirts, blouses and slacks; then protect them with a clear plastic garment bag. We'll fold everything else and package it for protection.
Do You Separate Whites From Colors?
We separate whites, lights, and darks into different machines. We also pull out delicate items and place them in special laundry bags to further protect them.
Can I Make a Special Request on How I Want My Laundry Done?
Of course! During the account setup process you will be able to add your personal preferences that will be followed for each and every order. In addition, when you place an order you will be able to create specific instructions for that individual order.
Can I Change My Preferences?
Yes. Please speak with the Attendant prior to having your clothes cleaned.

South Bay's Best Rate. Same Day Service* Only $1.99/LB + Tax. *Clothes must be picked up prior to 2pm for same day service. *8.00 for Pickup and delivery service, additional fees may apply if outside doordash radius.
